Fashion month brings the next big surprise: Balenciaga hires Pierpaolo Piccioli as its new Creative Director. This marks the end of Demna’s era after almost ten years. The official handover is set to take place in July 2025 – with the first designs for the spring/summer 2026 collection. Major upheaval at Kering: the French luxury group is relying on a new management team and a focused realignment of the brand strategy in 2025. Also in focus: Gucci, Balenciaga and Saint Laurent. The new CEO Jean-Marc Duplaix announces far-reaching changes – with a focus on creative quality, profitability and sustainability. By the way, alongside LVMH, Kering is the largest luxury group in the world.

Management change at the top of the Group

Jean-Marc Duplaix, former CFO of Kering, takes the helm and replaces long-time CEO François-Henri Pinault in the operational management. While Pinault will focus on strategic issues within the Pinault family holding Artemis in future, Duplaix represents a phase of consolidation. His mission: to focus the Group with fewer, but clearly positioned brands.

Gucci as a key brand in the restructuring process

Particular attention is being paid to Gucci, which recently lost market share to Louis Vuitton. The new creative director Sabato De Sarno wants to modernize the brand – with reduced silhouettes, more understatement and a clear break from the eclectic style of recent years. South Korea – New job, new energy – our model Mathis was in front of the camera for an exclusive streetwear shoot with Adidas Originals and the Korean fashion retailer MUSINSA in Seoul. Between urban minimalism and global sportswear style, a strong new series has been created. A highlight – not only for Mathis, but also for all those who dream of modeling in Asia.

Next Stop: Seoul – Shooting for Adidas in South Korea

Mathis traveled directly to Seoul, South Korea’s vibrant capital, for this international job. The production took place in the studio – clean, white, reduced. The focus was entirely on the model, the outfit and the expression. The photos were taken for MUSINSA’s own e-commerce platform, which sells streetwear and high-end pieces throughout South Korea.

MUSINSA: Korea’s largest online fashion store

MUSINSA is to Asia what Zalando is to Europe – only more creative. With a mix of global brands, Asian street style and its own photo editorial team, MUSINSA brings fashion of the highest quality to the web. Particularly popular: the clean Adidas campaigns with strong personalities like Mathis. It’s not just look and pose that count here – but also charisma, body tension and editorial feeling.

The focus of the new campaign: the classic Adidas Trefoil shirt, combined with urban shorts in a retro design. Mathis brings exactly the mix that Adidas wants: sporty, edgy, authentic. The images show power and coolness – with a twist of model attitude and clear lines. The look is typical of the South Korean streetwear market, which is setting more and more trends internationally.

Between opulent interiors, fine fabrics and a touch of vintage, she shows that age is not a break in style. Strong collection meets strong women

With the new “Heritage meets Modern Femininity” collection, JOSH V focuses on classic elements, luxurious fabrics and sophisticated details – perfectly staged by Milva. A set straight out of a movie

Clara was on the road for our agency in Sweden – for a special shoot with the young designer label MAYZ. The collection has the poetic title “Find Your Way – Ode to the Ocean” and combines delicate cuts with natural colors. The shoot took place in the middle of the rugged, beautiful nature of Scandinavia.

Find Your Way – Young fashion from Sweden

MAYZ is an up-and-coming designer label that consciously sets itself apart from the mainstream. The first collection is a tribute to the sea: flowing fabrics, organic shapes, calm colors. Clara has exactly the presence that such images need: sensitive, strong, genuine.

Location: Natural backdrop meets fashion

The film was shot between rocks, water and the Swedish sky. The camera follows Clara through forests, over rocks, along the water – a modern, visual meditation on identity, freedom and style. The result: an atmospheric fashion film that combines fashion and emotion.

Newcomer label with vision

With this first collection, MAYZ shows that young designers don’t have to compromise. The look is independent, minimalist and full of depth. Clara was part of this launch – as the face of the new vision, as a muse in nature, as a voice for a new generation of fashion.

Mallorca – New campaign job for Simon! Our model stood in front of the camera in a breathtaking villa on Mallorca for the Berlin streetwear giant DefShop. Modern street style was staged between baroque elements, gold-decorated walls and elegant lighting. Hoodie meets haute couture ambience – a strong look, a strong appearance!

In the new DefShop range, Simon shows how casual street style also works in elegant surroundings. Oversized cuts, monochrome looks, clean silhouettes – perfectly tailored to the brand’s urban target group. The photos were taken as part of the current fall/winter campaign and are part of the digital store content and social media.

With over 250 brands and millions of customers, DefShop is one of the largest streetwear platforms in Europe. The look: young, self-confident, urban. From hoodies to techwear pieces, DefShop focuses on style with attitude. The campaigns are always more than just clothes – they convey a feeling. And that’s exactly what Simon gets to the heart of with his look.

Shooting on Mallorca – contrast & character

The choice of location was no coincidence. Instead of a gray city setting, the shoot was moved to a historic estate on Mallorca. The contrast: modern streetwear in a classic interior. A challenge for models like Simon – the focus was on body tension, charisma and clear lines. The result: lookbook content with character.

What’s behind an e-com shoot

An e-commerce shoot is more than just “posing for the store”. It’s about recognizability, precision and variation. Simon showed absolute professionalism on the job: quick outfit changes, repeatable poses, clean movements. This is particularly important at DefShop, where hundreds of fashion visuals are created every day for the website, app and social media.
